Refund Policy

Returns

At Fresh Prints of CT we stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not returnable.

Refunds

Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

If an item is returned back to us due to incorrect or undelivered address provided by the customer, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued only for the amount of the purchase price. If you would like the item reshipped to a different address a new order needs to be placed. Please make sure your shipping address is current and valid before placing your order.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping on items that are no longer wanted or needed. Items should be shipped in new condition for a full refund.

Please include the order # of the item you are returning inside the return package. If you do not have the order # please include the purchaser’s full name and date of purchase. This information is needed to process any refund to the original method of payment.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at freshprintsofct@gmail.com.
